  • Any return request submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

4. Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

To request an exchange for the same item, please email support@hanariinternational.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We’ll provide you with instructions for next steps.


5. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Please contact us first before sending back any items.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.

  • If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund total.
